Requirements

Knowledge

• Tertiary education or above.Knowledge of relevant employment ordinances and Company policies.

• Strong communication, influencing and interpersonal skills.Strong self-motivation for continuous learning and improvement.High level of attention to details and problem solving skills.Good team player with an ability to work independently.Fluency in English and excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experienced in using Microsoft Office software (Outlook, Word, Excel etc.).Good understanding of pilot culture.

Experience

• Minimum of 5 years working experience with good understanding of airline operation and Company policies.
